Hayley Orantia is an American actress, musician and singer. Her most well-known role is Erica Goldberg from the TV comedy show "The Goldbergs". However, she's primarily a music lover. Music, according her, is the very first thing she is passionate about. Her first time playing the instrument at the age of nine. She began training in music professionally when she was 12 years old. The year 2013 saw her take up songwriting and recorded her debut album. Since then, she has not stopped ever since. Orrantia is a native of America but with Hispanic roots. Although she never lived or spoke Spanish in Mexico She is very proud about her Hispanic roots. Her goal is to preserve it through the creation of Spanish songs, and also taking classes in the Spanish language. The most famous of these songs is "Hasta Verte," a song she recorded in Spanish. The summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the debut episode of The X Factor. Orrantia was the winner of the initial season of The X-Factor when she uploaded a YouTube recording of her audition. The judge gave her the four "yes" vote from the judge during the live stage audition in Seattle. Although she originally auditioned on her own during "Hollywood Week" the singer, along with three other female vocalists were placed into an ensemble for the remainder in the selection process. The group was eliminated at end of the fifth show.
